Simple pricing, no surprises

Your customer calls become your QA team.

Klavity builds AI personas from your real customer call transcripts and sends them through your live site — including the pages no one has visited yet. Everything they find is filed with evidence straight into Jira, Linear, GitHub or Plane, and the flows that matter get re-run so fixed things stay fixed.

Start on Team — $249/mo Same practically-unlimited limits. The founding price is closed for good.

*Practically unlimited, subject to fair use: there are no hard caps, but usage is expected to stay within what a normal team of your size would run. If usage looks automated or wildly beyond that, we'll reach out to agree on sensible limits rather than cut you off. This keeps the locked-for-life price sustainable for everyone.

Your first QA hire costs $60,000 a year. Klavity's Team plan is $249 a month.

Why is the bug reporter free?

Tools like Marker.io charge up to $199 a month just to record a screen, capture browser errors and push a bug report into your tracker. We think that part should not cost anything. So Snap — the widget, the browser extension, two-way sync with your tracker, and as many reporters as you like — is free forever, on every plan. We only charge for the AI: the Sims that walk your site, and the flows they re-run to make sure fixed things stay fixed.

Common Questions

Pricing & Quota FAQ

What do the plan limits actually mean?

There are four numbers on every plan. Projects is how many separate sites or apps you can watch. Sims is how many customer personas you can keep active at once — each one is built from a call transcript you give us. Page reviews is how many times a month those Sims can look at a page and write up what they find; a Sim walking eight pages of your site uses eight of them. Flow runs is how many times a month we re-run your saved flows, like checkout or sign-up, to check that something that was fixed has stayed fixed. Free includes 1 project, 1 Sim and 25 page reviews a month, and does not include saved flows. Everything is counted per account, not per person, and adding team members is free on every plan.

What is a repeat-checked flow?

A flow is a path through your product that you cannot afford to have broken — checkout, sign-up, inviting a teammate. You save it once, and Klavity walks it again on a schedule so a regression gets caught and filed rather than reported by a customer. Creating, editing and manually trying a flow are free; only the scheduled runs count against your monthly limit.

What counts as a page review?

One page review is one of your Sims looking at one page and writing up what it found — a note, a question, or a bug report with evidence attached. It happens when the Sim moves to a new page, or when you ask it to look at the page you are on. Extra page reviews are cheap, because a review costs us very little to run.

What happens if we go over a limit?

Nothing sudden, and nothing you did not agree to. We are not enforcing limits yet, and we will tell you before we start. When we do, we plan to slow things down gently — daily runs become weekly, for example — rather than cut you off mid-month. We will never quietly charge you for going over.

Can we take our flows with us if we leave?

Yes — that is the point of being open source. Your flows are stored as plain, readable steps in an open format. One-click export to standard Playwright test scripts is on the roadmap; email us if that is holding you back and we will help you get them out.
